Plymouth 1967 Satellite - 44,399 actual miles - 426 Hemi V8 - $249,900

This multiple award-winning 1967 Plymouth Satellite hardtop is a must have for any serious MOPAR collector. It is one of only 2 produced (*Haggerty classic car data) with the legendary 426/425 HP Hemi engine making it one of the rarest MOPAR example ever produced. This stunning example features the A727 Torqueflite 3-speed automatic transmission. This handsome coupe was the recipient of a detailed ground-up restoration and now shows just 44,399 original miles on the odometer. Set on classic Redline tires mounted on chromed Magnum 500 wheels, it is finished in Black with a White vinyl roof that compliments the stunning tuxedo (black/white) interior incorporating vinyl bucket seats, a locking center console with tachometer, temperature, fuel, alternator and oil pressure gauges, power windows, AM/FM radio and in-dash clock. Augmenting the car’s legendary Hemi powerplant are power steering and power front disc brakes. Records show the car was built in October 1966, a fact documented in the Chrysler Registry Report(Galen Govier) that accompanies the car as part of its documentation, which includes the all-important factory broadcast sheet. Beautifully detailed and jewel-like in its presentation, the car has been featured in two separate issues of Hemi Owner's Magazine and won the Antique Automobile Club of America National and Senior First Prize Awards.

1973 Plymouth Satellite - $5,000 - Charlotte, MI -

It's with no small amount of regret that I list my 1973 Plymouth Satellite for sale. I inherited this car from my dad when he passed away in 2010. At first, it was a rust-free Southern body / engine / frame and a pile of interior parts that he had collected over time to restore the car. He never got that chance, so it fell to me. I put the black interior in (fender tag calls for white with red/black houndstooth inserts, but Dad obviously preferred black since that is what he bought), painted the car (a good 20 footer, not show quality) and started to shake her down, with various levels of success at first.

The original transmission has been replaced (I still have it, but it needs to be rebuilt) and the new one has a manual valve body and a 3,000 rpm stall converter, which is overkill for a 150 hp 318. This isn't what I wanted, preferring stock, but I couldn't find a good transmission that would work for me. I'm still having issues, namely that I believe the TC is draining and not refilling itself until you really get on the gas. Part of it could be the torque converter itself, but I'm not really sure.

I've redone the brakes all around, wheel bearings, new u-joints, new shock absorbers, new rebuilt 2-barrel on the 318, new alternator, new battery. All the lights work as they are supposed to. Drives good when you get the car to go into gear. Stops good. One new tire (had a blowout) but could use new rubber. Steel wheels, chrome lug nuts have been put on since the pics were taken.

This is an AC car, but missing some of the parts to make it work, namely one of the compressor hoses. Blower fan runs strong. Heater valve is toast and has been bypassed, but the heater core appeared to be good. The blower motor runs good. Has a weeping radiator leak that a neighbor "repaired" for me and has since started leaking again. Its in the top tank.

Being a young guy, I simply don't have the time and dough to keep everything going. While this one means a lot to me because it belonged to Dad, I need to let go so I can focus on cars that fit my interests better. This was supposed to be a twin to his first new car that was sold back when he went to college. I don't have the skills or money to finish this like it I would like it to be finished to honor him. Hopefully somebody can take this on and produce something great with it.

I shot a Youtube video of the car starting up and idling. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CjlxKKARotQ

1966 Plymouth Satellite - $26,995 - O'Fallon, IL - For sale in our St. Louis showroom is beautiful 1966 Plymouth Satellite convertible. Finished in a fresh coat of Morning Glory Yellow paint with a new black convertible power top and black vinyl interior. Options on this 1966 Plymouth Satellite convertible include: AM Radio with Power Antenna Automatic Convertible Top Power Steering Seat Belts Vinyl Interior Raised White Letter Radial Tires and Magnum 500 Rally Wheels. When the larger Plymouth Fury was introduced in 1965 on Chryslers full size C platform the Belvedere name was moved to the new mid size line. The Belvedere Satellite was the top of the line trim level above the Belvedere I and II. The Satellite was only available in a 2 door hard top or a convertible and bucket seats with a center console were standard along with a V8. The Satellite remained the top of the line trim level until 1967 when the GTX came alone and claimed the top spot. The Satellite had a production run from 1965 to 1974 at which time the Fury was moved to the mid size line and took the Satellites place. The original 318 CID V8 in this Satellite convertible has been replaced by a 440 CID V8 although the 318 engine is still available with the sale along with the original transmission if so desired. The current 440 is bolted to a 727 automatic transmission. When looking at the side profile of this Satellite you notice that the top and bottom lines have chrome trim running nearly the entire length of the car and the Magnum 500 rally wheels help produce an awesome sporty look. Up front the Plymouth name stands tall and proud along the length of the hood the single headlights are a companied with the parking lights which are pulling double duty serving as the blinkers as well and are embedded in the grille. Out back you are greeted again with the Plymouth name which meets up perfect to the tail lights and below that you see the custom chrome tip exhaust protruding from the rear chrome bumper. The new black convertible top looks great up if you choose to use it and the black vinyl interior feature a unique Western Scroll which resembled a tooled leather appearance. 1970 Plymouth Satellite - $31,995 - Tinley Park, IL - For sale in our Chicago showroom is a 1970 Plymouth Satellite. The Satellite was introduced in 1965 and was the top trim model in the Belvidere line. It??s hard to imagine that this vehicle was actually considered to be a mid-sized car of the time. By 1970 the American public was fashion-forward with bright colors platform shoes and bell bottoms of course. The style of automobiles was just as modern and somewhat flamboyant. The name Satellite even takes you back in time and evokes that era of the space landing. Madison Avenue was also in full swing and created advertisements for the 1970 Plymouth line that looked more like an advertisement for a concert than a car. The second generation Satellite line was also the base for the Roadrunner and had very nice tidy lines and strong edged roof line that was unlike anything else the ??Big 3? had to offer. Attention to detail was not lacking in the interior as you can see by the two-toned vinyl bench seat 3-spoke steering wheel with horn ring. All options on this car work as they should including the air conditioning. This car started life with a 318 Cubic Inch engine which has been replaced with a strong running 383 that is sure to get your pulse pumping. All of the sheet metal is original to this car and a new battery and alternator were just installed. The tires are a recent replacement as well making this retro Mopar ready for the road. Located in our Chicago showroom this 1970 Plymouth Satellite can be seen including an HD video and pictures at www.gatewayclassiccars.com. For additional information please call (708) 444-4488 or email Chicago@gatewayclassiccars.com

1965 Plymouth Satellite - $38,500 - Crystal Lake, IL - Here is your opportunity to own one of the finest 1965 Satellites available...Period! Over 1000 man hours and $75,000 has been invested in the rebirth of this rare MOPAR. This automobile has just undergone a one year rotisserie nut 'n bolt restoration at The Garaj Mahal restoration shop. You can check out their work at their web site www.thegarajmahal.com.Found in a storage barn in East Tennessee where it had been resting for many years. The story, as I was told, is she spent her entire life as a race car in the Midwest which would explain the super low miles on the odometer...50007 She was wearing a low budget copper paint job when we found her, but hiding underneath was the hemi orange lacquer paint she must have used in her race campaign. Upon our initial tear down we found the welded on tow bar support brackets, frame connectors and the rare Chrysler super-stock rear end which supports the story. The Restoration:For starters we stripped her naked to expose any possible issues, and were surprised to find only a few. The team at The Garaj Mahal (TGM) carefully cut out any rust and replaced the areas with OEM ($$) patch panels. The full body massage started with many hours spent getting ready for the "9300" black base color, and 4 coats of DuPont 7900 clear coat. Hand/machine buffing and polishing of all stainless trim that had been preserved so well over the years took place. All chrome was sent out for high-quality replating. The interior is the masterpiece of Legendary Interiors, and internal TGM team. It is absolutely magnificent. The shining highlight of this automobile is the drive train. The original 361 was long gone so we had PMS, LLC (PMS) put together a 440 magnum that would be a thrill to hear, and easy to drive. We used mostly MOPAR Performance parts along with Comp Cams custom ground cam made to original "purple cam" specs and valve train. The DYNO report shows an impressive 415 HP and 510 fl/lbs of torque. The suspension was kept period correct right down to the drum brakes, although we did upgrade the brakes to a dual master cylinder. All-in-all a very impressive, investment grade vehicle, that deserves a home where she will be kept and driven in this magnificent condition. WE FINANCE/DELIVER AND SHIP WORLDWIDE

1968 Plymouth Satellite - Inquire - ORLANDO, FL - Just Toys Classic Cars is proud to offer this 1968 Plymouth Satellite Convertible. Before you is just one awesome Satellite. This has been a Florida car it's entire life and has only had 2 owners. Once you look at this car you are just going to fall in love. If you are a mopar fan, you already understand. For those that are coming around to mopar's, be prepared to have more fun with a car than you have in a long time. The first thing that should grab you is the miles deep teal blue paint. This car has had one re spray and as you will see in the pictures EVERYTHING was done to a very high standard. The car was originally yellow with red interior and is not the teal you see with pearl white interior. Not wanting to offend anyone that likes yellow and red, but when you look at this car today, how can you argue with this color combination. There are no rips or tears in the seats. The dash pad is 100% crack free. All of the gauges work as they should and the white power top operates exactly as it should. As you will see in the pics and the you tube video, the trunk is solid as a rock as well. As we work our way under the hood you will see the 383 that now resides between the fender wells. This car was born with a 273, but now sports the much improved 383 with a 4 speed transmission. Everything runs and drives on this car like it just rolled off the assembly line in St. Louis, Mo where it was originally built. This is one right and tight combination that will just put an ear to ear grin on your face. You will have a hard time getting rid of it once you fire this baby up. Underneath of this car runs a new exhaust system that you just have to hear. We could just go on, and on, and on, about just how cool this car is. You need to give us a call and find out just how easy it is to take this sweet ride home. We offer classic car financing for those that would like to take advantage of the option so you don't have to spend all of your cash at once. 1967 Plymouth Satellite - $28,995 - ORLANDO, FL - Just Toys Classic Cars is proud to present this stunning 1967 Plymouth Satellite Coupe. These car were light and when you put a motor in it like this one has or even bigger (Hemi anyone), they were almost unbeatable on the street or strip. Anywhere that you look on this car you are just going to see clean lines, great motor and trans, and something that you will just want to see in your garage. Now, the body lines on this car just draw you right in. You look at this car from any angle and it just looks like it is going fast sitting still. The car is straight as an arrow, and is not a 50 foot bondo queen where you are surfing on the waves when you walk up to it. The paint on this car is only about 5 years old and it presents beautifully. You get this car out in the sun at your local car show, or cruise in, and it is going to draw some attention for sure. You will see that the door, and trunk jams are in good shape as well. Nothing to hide on this car. The interior just flows with how nice the outside is. Plymouth wasn't known for plush, or fancy materials, and gauges on their muscle cars. It was just about being clean and simple inside, and blow everyone's doors off on the outside. The interior of this car is very clean, and is just ready for you to get in and hit that key and just try to take that ear to ear grin off of your face. Now, for the business end of things under the hood. Under here sits a screamer of a 440. There is a segment of the Mopar crowd that likes these motors even better than the Hemi's when they first came out. Everything is fresh on this motor and only has about 5,000 break in miles on it. What you see on the odometer is what is on the chassis. The 727 transmission that this beast of a motor is matted to shifts right and tight just like it should. No slip and slide here. This is just one fun car to take to the cruise night or to your local strip and just have a blast with in either place. All else that we can say about this car is that it looks good, sounds good, hauls stuff, people, and ass. All you need to do now is get in touch with the guys and find out just how fast it can get in your garage. We offer classic car financing for anyone that would like to take advantage of the option. With great rates, and terms you can use it as a bridge loan and pay it off when you want to without any pre payment penalties, or just use it to get the car that you always wanted. Why finance a modern car that looks like everything else on the road, when you can finance something that makes your heart race and give you all the thumbs up you can shake a stick at. We look forward to speaking with you soon, and we look forward to making you the newest member of the Just Toys Classic Cars family.
